Application Checklist - What you’ll need before applying
2 Sponsors - You’ll need 2 friends/colleagues with high-visibility public status equal to or greater than your own to endorse your application. Download & send to your sponsors to help explain what’s expected of them. Sponsor Details (PDF)
Email Addresses - 1 for you and 1 for each of your sponsors.
Social Media URL’s - You’ll need to provide 3 Social Media URL’s. 2 links to each of your sponsor’s largest social following account and one for yourself.
Application Overview
Applying for a SureMark™ ID is a simple and straightforward process, ensuring the highest level of integrity. Each step is designed to verify the applicant’s identity and ensure a secure procedure before a SureMark Digital ID is issued.
Phase 1: Verification, Sponsors and Application Fee
First we will begin by verifying your email address and issuing a One-Time Password (OTP).
Then you’ll provide your name and a link to your largest social media account followed by the names and links for the largest social accounts of your 2 sponsors plus their email addresses.
Lastly, you’ll pay your $10, non-refundable application fee.
Phase 2: Schedule Interviews & Photo Upload
The Applicant will schedule two online video interviews, one with each of their sponsors.
SureMark Digital video interviews are recorded between the hours of 11-5 EST and moderated by a SureMark Digital team member.
Phase 2 concludes with the uploading of the applicant’s photo as you wish it to appear in the SureMark Directory.
Phase 3: Interviews, Approvals & Social Media Posts
2 online video interviews of the applicant with each sponsor will take place via Zoom.
Applicant and sponsors will then review and approve video interviews which will be hosted in the SureMark Digital Directory.
The Applicant will place links to the two video interviews on their social media page(s). This further verifies the applicant’s identity.
Sponsors will also post their interview with the applicant on one of their approved social media outlets demonstrating control of their social media and thus, their identity.
Finally, the Applicant will provide URL links to each of the social media video posts for themself and their 2 Sponsors.
